Throughout the year, the lubrication analysis helped the company identified multiple issues, including heightened viscosity and fuel dilution, in their equipment. If left unchecked, those problems could have potentially caused catastrophic equipment failure over time.
By identifying those issues early on, G. Lopes Construction proactively prevented equipment downtime and avoided costly equipment repairs and downtime. The company estimates that Mobil field engineers' regular lubrication analysis helped save more than $185k annually.
