Session 2: How low-dynamic viscosity lubricants can boost your bottom line ›
Years ago, ExxonMobil and GE came together to help realize a shared vision of pushing the limits of gas turbine efficiency potential.
While investing in the right turbine technologies can go a long way in helping to achieve that goal, lubrication can be another key to your success. In fact, ExxonMobil and GE collaborated to develop Mobil SHC™ 918 EE gas turbine oil, which can help improve bearing efficiency by up to 15%*.
At the 7F User Group, Mobil™ presented the details how lubrication can help deliver on your efficiency goals. Watch some of the highlights here:
Session 1 (0:00 – 11:42): How Mobil and GE created the first energy efficiency specification for lubricants.
Watch to learn how lubrication can help you further reduce the energy consumption of your GE 7FA gas turbines. Test data will show how impactful this opportunity can be.
Session 2 (11:42 – 24:20): How low-dynamic viscosity lubricants can boost your bottom line
Watch to see our experts detail how low-viscosity lubricants, such as Mobil SHC 918 EE turbine oil, can improve your power plant’s bottom line.
